As you all may know, HOPE worldwide partners with the American Red Cross in the area of disaster preparedness and response. In light of that, we are sending you the first comprehensive report on Hurricane Sandy from the Red Cross. It includes information and links on flood safety, hurricane safety, pet safety and power outage safety as well as information on a Red Cross Smart Phone app. which includes a local shelter directory and updates. We have also icluded a Red Cross hurricane preparedness checklist.
