Disciple Filmmaker's Dream Becomes Hilarious Reality in "Harry Christmas" PDF Print Email

Jeff Lanctot and Manny Trembley have been Christians for many years as well as great friends, both having a dream for God to use their talents to make a full length feature film.

God allowed that dream to become a reality in "Harry Christmas", which they began filming back in March of 2007.  The film's cast are members from the Spokane Christian Church, starring Manny Trembley as "Harry" and Autumn Smith as "Helen."

About the film:

Harry Williams is a 20-something guy who never quite figured out what he wanted to do with his life. He goes to work every day to a job he's indifferent about, watches a lot of movies in his spare time, and suspects that he just might be in love with his girlfriend.

About the only thing Harry is really sure of is that he loathes everything about Christmas. But Harry is about to have the worst 3 days of his life when he's visited by a bunch of ethereal beings- a group of well-meaning angels who are determined to help him see the true meaning of Christmas, and a trio of comical demons who are bent on convincing him that he's absolutely right to hate the holidays.

Whether he likes it or not, this Christmas they're going help him to choose between his dislike of the 'commercial abomination' that he views the Christmas Season as, and his girlfriend who loves the holidays...and him.
