The 2008 International Leadership Conference in Kiev, Ukraine, appropriately titled The EDGE, has gotten off to a great start. This is truly going to be one of the most unique and powerful conferences ever! If you've never heard of Kiev, Ukraine or of the amazing things happening in the church there, then you need to start doing some homework – you will be amazed and inspired. Early registration for the conference has closed and there are already 500 brothers and sisters registered for this earth-shaking event.

Important Conference Updates:

Some important changes have been made to the dates on the FAQ Page – these changes may be important for planning the duration of your stay and the dates of your plane tickets:

When should I arrive?

• If you are a delegate, please arrive by Wednesday, October 8th, so that we can pick you up from the airport and you will not miss any meetings.

• If you are planning to attend the singles and campus conference, please arrive by Friday, October 10th. The program starts Friday night with all the ILC.

How should I get from the airport to the hotel?

• If you register and arrive by Wednesday, October 8th, then we will arrange transport to your hotel. (Transport is available from the airport for those arriving on Monday, October 6th, Tuesday, October 7th, and Wednesday, October 8th). If you arrive before Monday, October 6thor after Wednesday, October 8thyou will need to take a taxi to your hotel. The cost of a taxi will be approximately $30-$50. 



• If you leave on Monday, October 11th or Tuesday, October 12th, we will arrange transportation for you from your hotel to the airport. 
If you leave before Monday, October 11th, or after Tuesday, October 12th, you will need to take a taxi from your hotel to the airport. It will cost approximately $30-$50.


Also, please note that the early registration response has been so overwhelming that there is only one type of room left in our hotels (see more information on the FAQ page). These hotels were chosen because they are walking distance from the conference venue. More hotel choices will be made available as the need arises, but it is highly advisable to register immediately before the closest and most convenient hotels are fully booked.


For attendees who need visas:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the delivery cost through regular mail or DHL for the visa documents to be sent to you in addition to the cost of the visa. We are trying to implement a way to pay for this shipping charge on our website, and it should be available in the near future. Please check the Visa Page often in the next week or two for the updated information.
