The Mission Point Christian Church in San Antonio was excited to see Marty and Daonna Wilkinson appointed as Evangelist and Women's Ministry Leader at church on Sunday, June 8.

Marty and Daonna have been leading in the campus and teen ministries for several years, and have helped the campus ministry here to grow from 4 to 36 disciples in the last two years.

Marty, 27, and Daonna, 26, are graduates of UTSA. They are also the parents of Makayla, a beautiful 4 month old. It was a great day for the church to see Marty, who was baptized as a teen here in San Antonio, and Daonna appointed. Marty's parents were also on hand from San Diego (Mark and Cindy Wilkinson lead the West region of the San Diego Church). Be praying for us here in San Antonio. We have already baptized as many this year as we did all of last year. Let's be praying for Marty and Daonna as they continue to serve God in San Antonio and beyond.
