2008 Campus Ministries ConferenceBaton Rouge, Louisiana July 3-6 Calling all campus students, as well as high school juniors and seniors, to come to Baton Rouge, Louisiana this summer and help to "Rebuild the City." This will be a conference like nothing we have done in the past! Come join us as we serve the city of New Orleans by rebuilding their city and become inspired, encouraged, and equipped to build up our campus ministries around the world. Frequent good news shows that the fires of revival in campus ministries all over the world are burning hotter than ever! The cities of the world are full of people living in depravity and indulgences and they desperately need to be rebuilt by righteous men and women. The college campuses are a great avenue to reach influential people that can cause a spiritual revolution. Cities of the world need to be rebuilt one soul at a time. God is always building up his kingdom and there is a need for faithful and sacrificial builders in every generation. Schedule:Thursday, July 3:Campus ministers program will begin in the afternoon at the hotel, the conference will kick off in the evening at the Maravich Arena on the LSU campus. Friday, July 4: Rebuild in New Orleans in the Lower Ninth Ward with Hope Worldwide helping ACORN and Habitat for Humanity. No Construction experience necessary - we will be clearing lots of debris and overgrowth in order for people to begin rebuilding their homes.Saturday, July 5: Messages and fellowship at the Baton Rouge Marriott and an evening session at LSUSunday, July 6: Church at LSU Here are the details...
