Dear Church Leaders and Administrators: The Kiev Church is excited to host leaders from around the world to glorify God and further his mission at the 2008 International Leadership Conference. As we plan and budget for the upcoming Conference, we need to know how many plan to attend. Let us know how many you estimate will attend the ILC from your region or congregation. Please let us know how many are planning to attend from your church or region by May 1st. Click on this link: Please see that as many churches as possible in your region respond to the survey. We are providing information for your planning purposes below. We hope you are encouraged by the low cost of the conference and that many more will be able to come.
Budgeting for the 2008 International Leadership Conference: 1. Flights
2. Lodging: All lodgng will be organized by The ILC Kiev Committee. We will receive your request and will book your room for you.
3. Meals: From $15 per day per person. Food and goods are less expensive in Kiev 4. Transport: No Expense. All internal Transport will be included in Registration. No need for rental cars, taxis, etc.
Registration Costs: The registration cost for this conference will be higher than the last few conferences though the overall cost should be the same or less excluding flights. Our venue cost is higher because there only one facility that can hold a conference of our magnitude. Registration will include transportation including to and from the airport, some meals, etc. 3rd World
Registration by June 1 - $75
Registration after June 1 - $100
1st World Registration by June 1 - $200 Registration after June 1 - $250
Conference Travel Schedule
Monday, October 6th
Anyone who serves on a committee needs to arrive on Monday
Tuesday, October 7th
Anyone who is a Regional Delegate for the Cooperating Churches, arrives on Tuesday
Wednesday, October 8th
All participants arrive on Wednesday.
Thursday, October 9th
Conference
Friday, October 10th
Conference
Saturday, October 11th
Conference
Sunday, October 12th
Conference
Monday, October 13th
Depart
So please plan accordingly for the number of days.
In the following weeks we will send an announcement that will allow everyone to register online. You will be able to choose the hotel, and the different options for activities during the visit.

The Kiev Church needs your help to plan for the International Leadership Conference in October. 100 churches have responded to the survey so far. To honor the government requests and to plan, we need to hear from as many as possible by May 1st.
