Summer Internship Program

 
The Greater St. Louis church is once again hiring summer interns to work in our campus and youth ministries. We are seeking disciples who are motivated by God to seek and save the lost, to strengthen other Christians, to grow in their own walk with God, to receive training in the ministry, and to build new relationships outside of their own congregations. Interns will work side by side with our ministry staff who have served in churches, campus and youth ministries throughout the United States and Asia.

Our staff includes: John and Barri Lusk, Dan and Heidi Rice, and Tim Schmidt

Summer Internship Program Details

 
Dates: May15th 2008 – August 15th 2008
 
Housing: Interns will be housed with a household in the Greater St. Louis Church.
 
Training: Interns will receive daily training with members of our ministry staff as
well as deacons in the church.
 
Responsibilities: Work in the campus or youth ministries, disciple students in these ministries,
study the bible with non-christians, attend and help coordinate ministry and church
events.
 
Transportation: Interns will need to have their own reliable transportation for the summer.
 
Pay: Interns will be paid a monthly salary in addition to their housing being provided. This year
we will also be offering non-paid internships.
 
Opportunity: We hope to provide a summer of challenge, inspiration and growth. Three of our
five summer interns from 2007 are now serving in the ministry in their churches.
