Help people find your church. Please help us with our annual church survey as we update contact, web and membership information for over 500 churches that span all the continents.

In the last month, DisciplesToday.org has received visits from 2,030 cities in 138 countries.

The mission of Disciples Today is to connect disciples and churches around the world. One crucial part of our ministry is to maintain the Church Directory, our only source of contact information for our family of churches. This basic information is shared for us to stay better connected with each other and to referrals for our family and friends.

Each year, we ask church leaders, administrators and members for help updating the Church Directory. As we start 2008, please take a moment to update your church�s end-2007 membership figure. Feel free to use this form to report end-2007 membership for a single church. Administrators with responsibility for two or more churches may send an e-mail instead of sending the form multiple times.
 

We will publish periodic updates on the survey�s progress together with Mission Memo. Last year 475 congregations participated in the survey. This year, we hope to hear from at least 500 congregations, so that we can publish our most complete survey to date!

Note to church leaders and administrators:

Please send your church�s end-2007 membership using this form or by e-mail. If a change needs to be made to the contact information in the Church Directory, kindly include this information in the comments section of the form, or by e-mail.
