We want to personally invite you to join us for the 2010 International Leadership Conference, “The Mission” which will be held in Miami September 23-26, 2010. We are incredibly excited about the conference as we believe it comes at a turning point in our movement.
In fact, Evangelists and Elders from around the world have chosen to use this year’s conference as a platform to present a vision for our brotherhood of churches – a vision for the next 10 years. 2020 Vision will be shared throughout the conference. We truly believe that the brothers and sisters who participate will become stronger and more unified in a shared vision of how God can lead and use all of us.
In addition, it is our goal that each participant leave the conference feeling more equipped to lead and serve in his or her specific ministry area through our intensive, specific training workshops for each person who attends. There will be tracks for Elders, Evangelists, Parenting, Communication and Administration. Each conference participant will choose a track and stay with this track throughout the conference. This will be an incredible opportunity for more focused learning and fellowship. Each of the tracks will include lessons by teachers and women ministry leaders.
In addition, joint sessions will address the needs in campus, singles and youth and family ministries.
Another highlight of the conference will be our Women’s and Men's Programs. One entire evening session will be dedicated to building strong women’s and men's ministries.
Because this is such an important time in our brotherhood at the start of this new era, we want to encourage you, not only to attend the conference yourself, but to also bring young leaders, future leaders, aspiring leaders from all walks of life in your churches. Our prayer is for the next generation to be included and inspired to carry on the mission that God has given us.
Also remember that this will be the last International Leadership Conference until the International Jubilee in 2012. We believe God is preparing amazing things for this conference. We trust that it will be a time of growth in our faith and in our effectiveness as leaders.
