After multiple requests, John and Karen Louis have provided material from their ILC classes on discipling and information about the Marriage & Parenting Training sessions comimg up in LA and Singapore.

The presentation for this discipling model click here was requested by many. And there were many who wanted more information on the Movie Therapy approach on the lesson “Why Do I Behave the Way I Do?”. As such, I am providing the following information.

The movie therapy programs (based on schema therapy approach) Karen and I will conduct workshops in two different locations to certify participants in the following programs:
1. “I Choose Us” - A marriage program.
2. “Good Enough Parenting” - A parenting program for parents especially with younger children (1-10 years of age), although parents with older children will also find this helpful.

The certification program in LA will be from Monday, February 1 - Friday February 5, 2010. Following this, I will be conducting the marriage seminar (“I Choose US” as mentioned above) from February 5- February 7, 2010, for some parts of the LA church.

The exact same certification program will also be conducted in Singapore from February 16 – February 21, 2010. Those who attend this certification program, either in LA or Singapore, and successfully complete them, will be equipped to teach both these programs in their local churches.

Please plan to be in LA or Singapore if you are interested in being certified to teach these programs. Details of registration and costs will be provided in the near future.
