The New Orleans Church is excited to announce the hiring of Stephen and Kristen Van Bueren to lead our Campus Ministry in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Who would like to help build the campus ministries at LSU and Southern University?

Along with their infant daughter, Ella, Stephen and Kristen will begin leading the ministries at Louisiana State University and Southern University beginning in June 2009. LSU is the largest university in the state and Southern University is the largest HBCU. Both schools are very influential and are critical to evangelizing this amazing state.

Stephen and Kristen have led teen and campus ministries in Atlanta and Philadelphia respectively. Their faith, experience and love for people will be valuable as they begin ministries that are so critical to Louisiana. Currently we only have two students on these campuses.
