When Jennifer was baptized as a teenager she expected her life to follow a very choreographed plan.Indeed she grew in her faith enjoying her Christian life.
Eventually as a young woman she got married in the church to a disciple. She envisioned a beautiful life as she had always wanted to serve God and the church along with her husband. Unfortunately a few years into their marriage Jennifer’s husband left the Lord. He also lost his zest for life. He could not hold a job and he became reclusive. This was not what Jennifer had dreamed of or expected. Jennifer now had to support the family financially, emotionally, and spiritually.In spite of all these challenges Jennifer is an example of godliness among the young mothers of the
With two young children she leads a ministry of single women who look up to her faith and convictions. She studies the Bible with other women, she helps to strengthen struggling sisters while being a great mom and a great wife. She is also such a light in her workplace that her boss allows her to work from home when she needs the extra flexibility. I The most outstanding thing about Jennifer is her quiet and gentle spirit and the way she remains ever so respectful of her husband. She has resolved not to nag or be bitter. Many women are convicted by the way she never complains about her life, even though they see her struggle financially and physically. Jennifer embraces 1 Peter 3; she does what is right and does not give way to fear.
