About the Phoenix Church
The PVCC numbers almost 600 members and is broken down into four regions that are spread out across the valley. Our full-time staff is presently comprised of three region leader couples, a teen ministry couple, a campus ministry couple, and an administrator. We also have a group of five highly supportive elders and together with the staff we enjoy a strong team dynamic.

NEW ORLEANS, LA -- More than 1,000 college students and volunteers will give up their July 4 weekend to give back hope this summer. HOPE worldwide plans to conduct a day of service in the Lower Ninth Ward of New Orleans as a part of the 2008 International Campus Ministries Conference (ICMC) “Rebuild the City.”

To date, this stands to be the largest campus volunteer service project, completed in one day, in New Orleans since Hurricane Katrina hit. Although many of the structures damaged and destroyed by the storm have been removed, the lots they once stood on are still in need of serious reclamation. Most current owners are unable to maintain upkeep in accordance with current local laws and are at risk of losing their land.

The 2008 International Singles Conference shares some good news, including that there are 42 nations already represented at this great event!

Excitement is growing for this year's International Worship Ministry Conference! Already over 200 worshippers, from seven countries and 25 states, representing over 40 congregations, are registered, from as far away as Guam!
